I played college football. D1AA I was a player from 4 years. We had about 16 scholarships per year. 1. Division was much more. You do not know if basketball. Hope this helps. If you are a scholarship to check my sources.
When I played football scholarship was 7 over a period of two years. In other words, if you 5 for a year with only 2 with the UP. It was a decade ago, so maybe they have changed a bit with the new draft rules
